MacBook Air 40,000 - Vertu Cell Phone 88,000
A complete flip from listing great deals I thought I would amuse you with the prices on these puppies. But hell, if you got money just flowing out your ass or your name is Steve Jobs or Brad Pitt then maybe this is a great deal for you ;-) How in the hell could those 2 items cost so much? Well Diamonds and gold crusted crystals ofcourse :p
12,000 swarovski crystals cover the mac book air that all of which have a 24 kt gold surface for that extra bling! Rightfully so its been deemed “The Golden Age” and only 20 have/will be produced. One of which is on display in Germany at CeBIT 2008. It takes a week to apply all the crystals by hand and takes the value of the lap top from 3,00o to 40,000 lord knows what it must retail for, unless that is calculated in. *shrug* What do you do when you want to update your memory? Better be careful unscrewing that or you might pop off a couple thousand in crystals :p
Now, if you thought a 40K laptop was alot how about this Vertu Cell Phone, 88k!! Rumor has it Brad Pitt owns one along with David Beckham. Vertu makes some of the most exclusive luxurious phones in the world and this time they did it again with this bad boy from the “Diamond Collection”
It consists of 18 carat yellow or white gold set with pave diamonds as well as a platinum handset with a .25 ct solitare diamond. Each handset takes a craftsmen 7 days to complete because they set over 700 dimaonds by hand. They’re only producing 200 of these phones so you better act fast :p It will be sold in select jewlery stores. Oh, and for all that money, can you believe it lacks a camera, but it does boast that it can text, HA!
